It sure seems like the police and sheriff (navy) and the military (informants) got the solution and it resides at the whore house where all the food, alcohol, beer, marijuana, crack, cocaine and heroin is when they’re not sprawled out on a public sidewalk or park because they been partying hard to brag about it
