Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals System

Pennsylvania is divided into 3 State Court Jurisdictions and the Western State Jurisdiction (Pittsburg) is Synchronized with the United States Court of Appeals in Connecticut and the Municipal Courthouse in Philadelphia and the Middle State Jurisdiction (Harrisburg) is Synchronized with the United States Court of Appeals in New York (Federal, only) and the Eastern State Jurisdiction (Philadelphia) is Synchronized with the United States Court of Appeals in Philadelphia which serves New Jersey and Delaware.

The United States Courthouse and Post Office in Philadelphia serves many Southern States.

I was told that the United States Court is divided and part of the Court still believes in Slavery even though it’s illegal unless convicted of a crime in court and that it’s the United States Court of Appeals that doesn’t believe in Slavery and that convicted criminals should remain homeless?
