The average person needs a belly full of food (Vitamins, Minerals, Protein, Fat, Carbohydrate, Fiber) during every waking moment so that the average bowel movement (shit) is 2.2 pounds while remaining well hydrated with approximately 1 gallon (128 ounces) of water and in addition must have at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise that produces sweat (aerobics) in order to be declared healthy

The USDA actually states that if you are 20 pounds overweight and a woman you should reduce your caloric intake to 2000 kcals and thats actually 2,000,000 calories and for 500 kcals more so you could eat a loaf of bread at 50 calories per slice approximately 20 slices because that’s only 1000 calories and still keep eating and if you eat from all 5 food groups you still would remain healthy.
The average adult needs 4,000 kcals daily to maintain their present weight and that has been determined the normal for someone who lives indoors the majority of the time at approximately 72 degrees Fahrenheit and remains active without sweating a washes their body daily.
